1. Agreement to Terms
By using BIC Job Insider Club, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform or purchase a membership.
2. Membership and access
Membership provides access to members-only job matching services, job alerts and the Resume Builder for personal use only. Your account is non-transferable and may not be shared with others.
3. Content restrictions
Job listings, recommendations and member content may not be copied, redistributed or resold without written permission. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
4. Billing and renewals
Membership is currently free during our launch period. We will notify members in advance before any paid plan is introduced, and no charges will be made without your consent.
5. Account suspension
BIC Job Insider Club may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud or unauthorized sharing without prior notice.
6. No employment guarantee
We help you find and apply for suitable job opportunities, but we are not an employer or recruitment agency and do not guarantee interviews, job offers or employment.
7. Limitation of liability
BIC Job Insider Club is not responsible for losses resulting from the use of our job recommendations or resume tools. You assume full responsibility for your job applications and career decisions.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable
All membership fees are strictly non-refundable. Membership access is activated immediately after successful payment.
No refunds for digital access
Because access to digital content is granted instantly, refunds, exchanges and partial refunds are not provided.
Cancellation stops renewals only
Cancelling a subscription only stops future renewals. Payments already made are not refundable.
Acceptance
Purchasing a membership indicates acceptance of this policy.
