Why I built BIC Job Insider Club

10+ years free job platform100% free, never chargedFor all of Malaysia
“Finding a good job — or a good employee — should never depend on how much you can pay.”
01
It started more than 10 years ago
Over a decade ago, I started a free job-finding community on Facebook. From day one until today, it has been completely free — no fees, no hidden charges, ever. My only goal was to help people find work and help businesses find good people.
02
A new tool for the AI era
Times have changed. With AI, I can now give everyone a simpler, smarter system to post jobs, find jobs and build a professional resume — and keep it free. BIC Job Insider Club is the next chapter of the same mission.
03
For every Malaysian
Young people starting out, mid-career job seekers looking for a new chapter, and business owners searching for the right staff — I want all of you to connect with the opportunities and people you need, more easily than ever.
